Every time I try to enter a location (ie ‘New York City’) the app responds that there is no information for that location. What’s the secret to making this function work?

I see that this question has been asked a number of times before but I'm none the wiser. . . I've created the kml, uploaded as per https://www.vzfit.com/explorer/upload_kml/ but still can't see my new route in the Created folder. What am I doing wrong? Tried to attach to this post but it says the type of file attached is not allowed.

ive been playing the catch all the gems pegasus game in the grand canyon.  Sometimes though even though im peddling hard, the hrose wont gain air, how do i make him fly higher?

I've been happily using VZ Explorer and Play since last fall without issue. Took a break for 2-3 weeks, came back to find new updates (great!). However, there now seems to be a real problem with recognizing the A button to center my position before a ride starts. Most of the time, no matter how many times I press A, nothing happens. I don't think it's the controller, as the left and right buttons work the volume of the Quest just fine. I tried re-pairing the gamepad, and this didn't help. Any suggestions?

No customer support phone number and the e-mail states 2-3 business days to get a response.

When i try to log in via oculus go an error pops up and it instructs me to contact customer support. Then support tells me they'll get back to me in up to 3 business days.

I saw that this is supposed to be an update added to April? I'm just curious on when this will become available?

So I kinda put my Shark game on the back burner for now - it will probably come back someday but for now, I just wasn't finding it that much fun

Turned my energies toward something a little different.... this is still obviously an early prototype (although it has come farther than the Shark game did) but thought I would post a video and see what y'all think.   If anyone is interested in beta-testing I might need some testers soon... 

Is there any way to search rides by location? Can I find, for example, all the rides in Utah?

so I changed my PlayStation id and now I don’t know how to associate my virzoom account with my new playstation ID

Does it work yet? I have not seen anyone online to ride with. Doesn't this feature come as part of the premium account?
