Anyone else never get the setup emails from Oculus Quest or finding the sensor won’t sync with the Oculus app?
I did check my spam folder.
No emails.
Searched for VZFit on Oculus and nothing came up.
Any ideas on a solution?

On week 2 and having a great time.
Maybe I missed something - but is there a way to invoke video recording or snapshot from within explorer ?
I can do by backing out to the Oculus home view, but that's rather clunky and adds stuff to the video I'd rather not have.
Great stuff. Keep up the additions !

Support for the Oculus Rift |

Hi,
We have an Oculus Rift, bought at launch - it's excellent and still offers a higher resolution than some of the later headsets.
As I can easily route the cable to avoid any issues with a bike, is there support for the Rift?
Thanks

When I first started using VZfit, sensor batteries lasted a long time. However, their lifespan has diminished and now they only last a day or two. Am I the only one with this problem? Any suggestions?

Quick question. Explorer has a training option that is based on heart rate; however, when I used my synced watch to the Oculus Quest, it did not show my heart rate on the screen. How does this option really work? Is it like intervals option or does it change the interval once you reach a certain heart beat? Thanks.

Belt adjustment on original VirZoom bike |

Can anyone link me to a maintenance guide for the VirZOOM Virtual Reality Exercise Bike? The belt is starting to slip and I'd like to adjust it. I removed the side covers, and also noticed lots of rubber shavings, so I might even have to get a new belt eventually. I've done minor maintenance on it in the past (new pedals) but this seems a little more involved. I see 2 adjustable nuts on both sides of the wheel / frame when the covers are off, and another adjustable nut above the chrome wheel.

Hide HUD? |

Is there any way to hide the HUD (w/compass, mileage, time remaining, etc)? It blocks the view when I’m riding through the city and want to look up at the sights. Besides, wouldn’t it be more realistic if this stuff were integrated into something mounted on the virtual bike’s handlebars? Or... If that’s not practical, could we hide / unhide it with a button press or something?

I am not a serious cyclist, just an old woman who needs moderate exercise. I wanted to tell you how much I love your product.
I have, off and on, tried to use an exercise bike, but I hated it. I've tried putting on tv programs, audiobooks, etc., but all I could ever think about was how many more minutes I had to keep going. With virzoom, I just love riding.
I will never get around to see the world, but with virzoom, I can ride anywhere in the world and see the beauty of nature and the wonder of cities. I can ride up mountains I'd never be able to -- not in my wildest dreams, even on an electric-assist bike.
I originally purchased Oculus Go so that I could see the world, and it was good, but the constant clicking -- it is so much easier to to just ride and let the scenery pass by. Can't thank you enough for making an affordable product that has totally changed my experience of riding, from drudgery to pleasure.
