balsaboy's Baie Saint Paul to Tadoussac (Quebec Canada) |

I made this route as a way to remember a beautiful car trip I took with my wife a few summers ago.
This route (77miles 125km) begins at Baie Saint Paul and runs alongside the St. Lawrence River, through Quebec's Charlevoix Region to Tadoussac, and is known as one of Canada’s most scenic drives. With the Laurentian Mountains on the north and the river on the south, this drive takes you up and down rolling hills, through picturesque villages and along the riverfront with a constantly changing countryside to take in as you ride. The landscape is the result of a massive meteorite that crashed down 350 million years ago and created a deep crater nearly 55km (34 miles) in diameter.
In real life you can often pull to the side and spot beluga whales swimming in the St. Lawrence.
At any rate, I thoroughly enjoyed biking the route in VR, and hope you may enjoy it too!

Can more Difficulty levels be added? |

Good evening,
I think right now, the difficulty levels range from 1 to 8. I utilize "1" frequently on downhills and "5" to "8" on uphills and higher altitudes. I also increase my real-world trainer magnetic resistance on the uphills to 5, 8, 12 or even up to a maximum "16" (out of the saddle on the latter ones). Conversely, on the downhills or flat areas, I use magnetic resistance between "2" to "6." I sure could use some additional difficulty levels above "8" in the simulation - visually (and mph) I am simply moving too fast on some of these steeper hills. In the real-world for some of these hills or mountain climbs, I would not be able to go 18 to 21 mph. Slowing the simulation speed down further would help balance things out.
Also, when I hit higher elevations in the real-world, I have to start slowing down on uphills - some around 5,000 to 8,500 and lots around 10,200 and above.
Thanks for considering this.
v/r,
Steve Mullins

How do you delete rides |

I went to the manage rides screen, and I'd like to delete a few that I had created with mymaps.google.com and then uploaded.
For instance, there was one I ride near Mount Whitney (the Highest mountain in the lower 48 states), which when you start riding is just blue. There's no land in any direction.
There are two others I created - Bryce Canyon and also The Grand Tetons, which have no pictures at all on the thumbnails, and a message that they can't be explored.
Apart from that, I really do like VZfit.
I notice flaws, like walls of scenery that suddenly end, or scenery that seems totally flat and depth free, or when I climbed the "Pikes Peak Colorado" road, the scenery off the mountain was often compressed to about an inch high. (There were a few exceptions). There is also a tendency - perhaps when the road dips, to suddenly seem as if you are cycling into the air.
Maybe these problems will be fixed one day, but if they depend on the depth finders of Google cars, perhaps they can't be fixed.
Anyway, back to the question - is there a way to delete your own rides?
Thanks.

Wahoo Kickr Snap or Kinetic Road Machine Control Bike Trainer |

Hello all!
Newbie vzfit rider here. I currently have the Wahoo Kickr Snap, but after reading a bit in the forums, I'm realizing that the lack of FTMS bluetooth connection may prevent me from taking advantage of resistance control in vzfit explore/play. For those of you with the Kinetic Road Machine Control Bike Trainer, how are you liking it with vzfit? Considering returning the Kickr, but want to hear some opinions as well. Also, how does the Road Machine do with connecting to other apps? Thanks!

Bike routing VS. Car routing on Google |

VZexplorer uses car routing with street view. If you want to ride scenic route it usually sends you around via major highways instead of intended route.
For developers: You should replace car routing option on google maps to bike routing!!!

User Created 3D Environment Rides "UNITY?" |

Hi, While I love the real world views and aesthetic of VZ Explorer.
I wish VZFit had just some really beautiful rides, while the games are fun, I really want to just casually ride and view beautiful 3D scenery.
I was wondering if it were possible to create a User-based community of 3D level map rides.
I am a Unity "enthusiast" and It would be really fun to get the source of the VIRZOOM Player Controller to create maybe some of my own terrain/road maps like a real Biking Simulator.
Maybe some rain, crashing waves, birds flying, sun rays through trees, virtual cities, etc.
I know it needs to be an android based & Quest optimized. Maybe a Unity Template?
I know its a stretch but just a thought to enhance the experience and bring more content.
