  User Created 3D Environment Rides "UNITY?"

Hi, While I love the real world views and aesthetic of VZ Explorer.
I wish VZFit had just some really beautiful rides, while the games are fun, I really want to just casually ride and view beautiful 3D scenery.

I was wondering if it were possible to create a User-based community of 3D level map rides.
I am a Unity "enthusiast" and It would be really fun to get the source of the VIRZOOM Player Controller to create maybe some of my own terrain/road maps like a real Biking Simulator. 
Maybe some rain, crashing waves, birds flying, sun rays through trees, virtual cities, etc. 
I know it needs to be an android based & Quest optimized. Maybe a Unity Template? 

I know its a stretch but just a thought to enhance the experience and bring more content.

  Button controller not working

Hi, sure this info is there somewhere but I can't find it. My button controller seems to have stopped working - I have to use Oculus controller to make selections. Is it possible to replace the battery? The button controller seems to be a sealed unit. Thanks in advance  Smile

  Heart rate changes?

Been out of the game for awhile... started back up recently and had a question about the new interfaces.

I have an original virzoom bike with heart rate sensors. I've noticed in the cyclist mode my heart rate seems to just be locked at 100 (although once I swear it was locked at 88) and doesn't change.

In the default mode it seems like it's trying to read my heart rate but it is waaaaaay off. It was never perfect but for example after 30 seconds on the bike it's showing me 140bpm, I don't think so Smile

  Suggestions for Future Updates

I don't see anywhere to put suggestions so I figured I'd make a post of some improvements that could be nice to have:

  • Hand tracking
Allowing for hand tracking would make getting into the explorer quicker with less breaks when trying to figure out how you want to ride and with what options.

  • Have a google map on the left hand
When looking at the left hand, have it open up a map that has the route you've gone so far and the locations around you, this way it wouldn't impede your workout

  • Send data to fitbit/strava only when the ride is finished
Currently, if I stop for a moment to get a drink, or for whatever reason have to go outside of VR, the data is sent to Strava and it acts like I've finished. Not the highest priority, just would be nice to have my ride as one activity regardless of breaks.

  • Hand tracking shortcut for snapshots
Take snapshots without having to go into the menu or hold a controller. Could setup the pose beforehand, or just have it be random poses.

  • Hand tracking for turning
Instead of tilting/leaning, have it so we can put our hands up like we're riding, then turn them to go the direction we want to go

  • Adjust tension based on whether going up/down hill or level
Some bikes (like one of the peloton models) have automatic tension adjustment based on info sent to the bike. It would be awesome if the app could increase/decrease tension based on whether going uphill or downhill.

For those bikes that don't, an alert to increase/decrease would be cool too, though you kinda have that already with how the avatar gets up and starts pushing harder, but you can only see that in 3rd person.

That's all I can think of right now. Loving the app though and how it interacts with Google Street View.

  Best Bike Match for VZFit Explorer

I'm still using an Oculus GO and my recumbent bike broke down so I'm currently using a cheap stationary bike until I get a new recumbent. My plan is to upgrade to the Quest 2 as it sounds like the Go will become obsolete. 

I was planning on looking for a good used recumbent bike not worrying about what kind of display it has or if it even works with me always using a VR headset. Is there a certain type of bike / system that will pair well VZ that will improve on the experience. I have no idea what options are out there or what might be coming from VZ in the future.

Is there a way to have the ride simulate elevation increase/decreases or any other features. Trying to decide if I should just invest in a very basic bike or should I look for a bike with features that will enhance my experience.

  Explorer... can I jump ahead on map

Hi there... I developed a ride on Explorer that accidentally crossed its own path (crossing over an intersection I'd gone down in a city). Now while I'm in the ride, the bike freezes at that crossroad. Is there any way to jump ahead on the map to continue my 93 km ride? Thank you! Paula

1) Where do you buy it?

  VZ Exploer freezing / Unwanted jumping to the end of ride

In last days I had often this problems:

A) During ride the white dots suddedly vanished, road pixel get fuzzy. The app get freezed and after that my Oculus Quest 1 get freezed to. I had to restart Oculus. In some time it helps (VZ Explored actual ride works fine), in some times VZ Exploer works not fine (bluescreens insted ride landscape). In my Oculus I have 20Gb of free space, so it should be the RAM overload error.
B) During ride the white dots suddenly vanished, road pixel get fuzzy and it immediately jump to the end of journey. That is pretty bad (it jump from 30 procent ride to 100 percent completed - I lost 70 percent of created ride. Viz per example ride New Zealand 3 - circa 370 km; This problem I had in another long ride too in close past).

So, could you please look on it and make things right?

My wife would like to have a separate account so she can link it to her Strava account and not get all of my stats going to her Strava account. 

I was wondering if there is any way to have two accounts on one subscription, or will she have to sign up for another subscription? 

We only have one VR headset in the house that we share between us. 

Hope this makes sense.
