So I just signed up today and got both apps installed on my Quest 1 headset. 

However, whenever I try to search for/start a ride I get a message saying "this page can't load Google Maps correctly" where the map start and end points should be displayed. I can sometimes hit "OK" to close the box displaying this message and underneath instead of the map it just has green tiles labeled "For development purposes only". If I select to start the ride, the environment is just blue and the bike swings up and down. 

I did mange go get one ride started with the map/environment displayed, World's Largest Dinosaur, Canada, but instead of being 4.2 miles long it put in the finish line about 0.4 miles in. 

I have granted the app all requested permissions and tried uninstalling/ reinstalling and restarting the headset

Hi, quick question regarding making my own maps -- I made a ride map through Belfast that I'm generally pleased with, but noticed on several sections that my marker dots will veer from one side of the road to the other wildly, while in other sections it's a nice straight path to follow, as intended. Same for taking corners -- some corners are a nice transition that follow the road smoothly, on others the markers will thrust far to the left or right on a turn or almost seem jumbled before the turn is made, and I'm wondering what I might be doing wrong in those sections to cause this.

I did the original route using googles create route for a bike option first, and thought that might be causing the route errors (maybe a bike has more leeway to veer on a road or something) so re-did the map using the create route for a car option instead. Much better, but still occasionally weird. If this is just a thing that happens when making maps, I can definitely live with it, but I'd like to share any maps I make with others eventually, and don't want to be making rookie mistakes that can be easily fixed.

Any advice on making the route map markers lay out consistently in a nice smooth way vs my sine wave undulations is very much appreciated!

I’m an original VirZoom customer who just converted to VZPlay/Explore on my Quest 2. VZPlay works fine, but the loading screen on VZExplorer asks for a code, which I’ve tried entering several times along with my username (Electrophile) and password, but this results only in a server error ("Error 500 Your request resulted in a server error. Either contact your webmaster or try again..."

I would love to use VZ Explore during the holidays and I’m hoping you can tell me how to fix this soon.

I created a ride along the "Million Dollar Highway" from Ouray CO to Silverton CO, about 23 miles. It's one of my favorite drives (although not for the feint of heart). It made a good bike ride, but I wouldn't recommend it for the first timer just due to the number of sharp switchbacks in portions. Google has it starting in the winter in Ouray, but once you pass through an avalanche tunnel south of Ouray, it changes to Spring of an earlier year. I think I have shared it correctly, but this is my first ride creation, so I don't know for sure.

I see spins have been replaced by vzcals? What are vzcals and how are they calculated?

The registration process is a hassle. I haven't come across this problem since I first started using VZfit a over year ago. Now there is a code to enter, and the usual issues with user names, passwords, and nowhere, it seems, where the password can be reset.

the last update is horrible experience to me. There is a lot fot errors. Please correct the login process. I was kick out twice in during bike ride and the app needed twice manual input register code on vzfit page. It completly destroyed my yesterday exercise.

Where is the calibration button, which was in VZ Exploer bike ride? It is really important thing to right setup for bike. Please put it back.

Why is now so hard to start bike ride? The new menu make it really slow in compare with previous version.

Could you please make possible to offer user option for installing the previous app version before update? It could be really useful, if you have release the update with many serious bugs and errors.

I am not sure if the following has been answered somewhere already - I am not readily finding it.

I noticed when I join someone else on a ride and the 'host' rider departs before I reach the finish line, no data is record in Strava for the ride. I completed about 12 or 13 miles on one ride today only to have the host rider leave before I could reach the finish line. As a result, nothing was recorded in Strava. That is certainly a disincentive to go on anymore group rides.

Was doing the event today and had completed 3 10 minute rides.  I had almost completed my forth event when the game crashed.  I got a black screen and was then kicked out of VZPlay back to the Oculus home.  This also happened to my husband a couple days ago.  He was about 30 seconds from competing a 30 minute ride when the same thing happened to him.  We have different headsets and different bikes.  There were no connection issues that I could tell. Not a big deal, but was frustrating to both of us.

Is there anywhere to find out what exactly was updated in these apps? I got a message today that they were updating but I can't do the bike right now and can't find any information about what was updated. Is there a page somewhere that lists these things? Thanks!
