The registration process is a hassle. I haven't come across this problem since I first started using VZfit a over year ago. Now there is a code to enter, and the usual issues with user names, passwords, and nowhere, it seems, where the password can be reset.

Sorry your having trouble. If you go to https://www.vzfit.com/login/ you should find a password reset link right under the login button. See attached image.
