I’m an original VirZoom customer who just converted to VZPlay/Explore on my Quest 2. VZPlay works fine, but the loading screen on VZExplorer asks for a code, which I’ve tried entering several times along with my username (Electrophile) and password, but this results only in a server error ("Error 500 Your request resulted in a server error. Either contact your webmaster or try again..."
I would love to use VZ Explore during the holidays and I’m hoping you can tell me how to fix this soon.
