Change view in Le Tour |

Hi
Loving the app!
Is there a way to change the view in Le Tour on vz play, to see your cyclist rather than direct vision ( as in explorer)
The direct view makes me a bit motion sick, but when I see the cyclist in front of me it doesn’t!
Thanks

OK so I have tried everything to get the thumb controller to pair with Oculus Go Headset.
2. The Oculus GO headset works fine
3. The controller that came with the headset works fine.
4. I can see that the thumb controller is connect blue tooth on my IPAD
5. It will turn the volume on my IPAD up and down
6. When I start the VZfit app it ask me to press A.
7.When I press A nothing happens
I have tried everything!

Hey Everyone,
With Explorer multiplayer going live we also wanted to launch the Discord server to enable better communication between users. We will be improving it with time but if your interested you can hop on over and start chatting with your fellow users and the community to arrange rides or just make some new friends. Let me know if there are any changes or improvements you would like to see!

In today's Explorer build update, it's possible to ride and chat with another live player along the same route. This is an initial implementation--the more people that use it the more we'll improve it!
Here's how:
1. Both players must have "matchups enabled" on the More menu. They are disabled by default.
2. By enabling matchups, you can then "find matchups" on the More menu, which lists all the online players that have enabled matchups.
3. Click on a player to join their ride!
Both riders will get notification they are matching up. In a matchup you'll be able to see the other rider, including their head movements and steering, and be able to talk with them.
The other rider's gender will match what they see in 3rd person view. In 1st person view they currently appear male because we've tuned the HUD to the male's bike, but we should be able to fix that to follow the gender you
specify on vzfit.com.
The rider who was selected is the "leader" and the rider who did the selecting is the "follower". If the leader chooses a different ride, the follower comes along on it. So players can talk to each other about where they want to go. If the follower chooses a different ride, the matchup is broken, which is also true if either ride disables matchups on the More menu.
Because the follower can "jump ahead" to where the leader is on their route, they don't currently get leaderboard credit for that ride. In a future build we are thinking of giving followers a percentage of the ride they pedaled, and being able to resume that far from the start on their own.
We don't currently support trainers and matchups together. If you have a matchup begins your trainer will become inactive. This is partly for performance and partly complexity for now.
Riding with other live players is a blast and a way to meet exercise partners. We hope people enable them, try to line up rides on this forum or VZfit Community page, and give us feedback!

Button will not connect after updating |

Hello, I'm interested to know if anyone else has had any difficulties after the last update?
I am using Oculus Go. I went to use VZFit as usual the other day but I had to wait for it to update. After the update it says "Press A to Connect Button" as usual, but this time the button would not connect. I waited a few days and tried again this morning, still no-go. (there is no message to "start pedaling," I can't get that far)
The battery is fairly new (just about a month) and I can see the blue light on the button controller blink when I press "A." I've tried to press "B", and the volume buttons, I've tried to use VZ Explorer and still nothing. I have a battery in the wings to change as a last resort, but before I did I wanted to know if there was anyone else with the same experience, and if you have any suggestions.
Thanks for your time!

Explorer crashes at start up, and some Play apps pedal backwards? |

Hi folks. Brand newbie here, so if there are other threads that I didn't see, or another place on the site that I've missed, that might help me out, just point me in the right direction.
But I bought the VZfit just as soon as I saw they offered two price tiers and a free one week trial of the Premium.
Dug out and dusted *cough cough wheeze sneeze achoo!* off my stationary bike last weekend, and finally hooked everything up and installed everything on my Go this afternoon and started off with Play and the Tour de bike race (or whatever it's called). Works great! Although I am going to have to readjust the distance from the seat to the pedals again so I can actually reach more comfortably. And the Bandit demo worked fine too. So I thought, hey, this was pretty easy to get going! Piece of cake!
However, in the race car app that I tried, as well as the tanks (and likely Pegasus as well), I have to pedal backwards to move forwards, which feels incredibly awkward. Is there a settings menu that I can access to change that?
And the Explorer app, when I try to access it from the Go menu, it constantly crashes. It starts, I press A to connect, pedal forward to sync the sensor, look down and press A to recenter, and it boots me back out to the Go menu. I DO seem to have better luck when I access Explorer via the last option on the Play menu. Sometimes it still crashes, but other times it will take me into the app, but I sit there like I'm in the middle of the ocean and no matter what button I press, I just sit there, no way to select where I'd like to go.
I'm clearly missing some obvious step to actually bring up a selection menu, but heck if I know what it is, since there seems to be very little "How To" menu included with this thing.
I think I'm going to like using this, if I can work out the "I'm a stupid newbie" hiccups and figure out how to run it properly.
Can y'all help?
Thanks!
~Karen~

I'm not sure why, but when trying to run the test scene on an Oculus Quest with only the Oculus OVR plugin installed and OVR player in scene, it gives me a message that says:
Build: 9/3/2019 2:57:40 AM
By continuing use of VZfit you agree to the License
Agreement at virzoom.com/eula.htm
DENIED PERMISSIONS
On the computer when testing without a VR headset, it says the same thing, but with 'DENIED PERMISSIONS' replaced with 'CHECKING PERMISSIONS (or press enter to play without bike)'
I'm not sure what the issue is or how to resolve it.
Thanks for any help you can provide.
