Hi it depends if you have Quest or Go. Please see the Download Apps section of your vzfit.com/account page. Contact support@virzoom.com if you have any problems with setup!

I'm sorry again we don't see your email in our support@virzoom.com queue.  Can you let me know at what point you are blocked in our setup instructions (https://virzoom.com/setup) and video (https://vimeo.com/344907260)?  Downloading the apps is a currently a different process on the Go & Quest so it depends on which headset you have.

I am getting the same result. I have entered the key for both apps on the Oculus web site, gone to the Not installed place within the VR headset and can't find the VZ apps. I can't see them anywhere.
