I cannot get the VZFIT thumb control to sync with my Oculus Go! I have sent emails to support with no answer or help! Anyone able to help me?????

We like to handle support that way to track each request to resolution better, but I can try here this time. Can you tell me at what exact point in our setup instructions (https://virzoom.com/setup) and video (https://vimeo.com/344907260) you are unable to get to, regarding button connection?
