I'm getting a black screen with the build date and it won't go farther. Restarted the headset, no change. Something down somewhere?

It's working for us.  Does it start up and never show anything under the build date, or what does it show before it goes black?

So right after I posted this, I tried again, and this time when launching the app it told me there was an update.  After that it was working again!
