Hi dwcowboy4 we don't see your email or requests fitting this description in our support@virzoom.com queue. Could you have used a different email or subject?

We like to handle support that way to track each request to resolution better, but I can try here this time. Can you tell me at what exact point in our setup instructions (https://virzoom.com/setup) and video (https://vimeo.com/344907260) you are unable to get to, regarding button connection?
