HIIT- High Intensity Interval Training
Heart- The Heart workout alternates between medium and hard sections to get your heart pumping faster.
Tabata- is a 20 second on 10 seconds off between hard and light extremes.
Interval- Longer intervals alternating between difficulty
Touring- No instructions just a riding buddy
