Problem

I have had v fit for a month. The handlebar sensor stopped working. Replaced battery but it didn’t help
Any suggestions?

The best way to work through any problem is to send us an email at support@virzoom.com. That will help us track the discussion and make sure it gets resolved.

To get the email started, can you confirm you are talking about the thumb controller, with A/B/+/- buttons, that is attached to the handlebar?

And when you say it stopped working, that you are getting stuck when the game asks you to press A to connect the button on startup?

Usually if the thumb controller stops connecting, we ask to confirm whether it's +/- still control headset volume outside of our game. And we usually recommend unpairing and repairing it to your headset, the way you initially did in the Oculus app.
