Apps not available in Quest

I have entered the key for both apps on the Oculus web site, gone to the Not installed place within the VR headset and can't find the VZ apps. I can't see them anywhere.
I have sent an email two days ago to support and not got a response as yet. I just replied to the support ticket you submitted today,also I looked back and it looks like Jason replied 2 days ago to your other ticket as well. The keys you redeemed are for the Go but you should be receiving emails from Oculus about the Quest apps now. Please check your spam folder for replies as they may be getting filtered. My response today should take care of this issue for you but if you have any further trouble please let me know! Rob |
