Ensuring created rides don't have breaks

I suppose we could handle breaks by "jumping" you forward along the path until Streetview remerges. We're doing this now for very short breaks, which aren't even visible on maps.google.com but are in the Streetview connection data, and should be able to generalize that for longer breaks. We could show the last dot before the break as a "portal" to alert you to upcoming jump. Will put in backlog!
