So... here's my thoughts on this.
Facebook is going to require a Facebook account ... as opposed to requiring an Oculus account, where Oculus is a company owned by Facebook whose data is stored on servers owned by Facebook.
I understand the idea of the principle behind this but it's a distinction without a difference.
Your Oculus account is already a Facebook account.
