Belt adjustment on original VirZoom bike
#13
My original Virzoom bike is working well again. I ended up replacing both belts. For reference here are the parts I used:
230J Belt:  https://thefitdesk.com/collections/repla.../230j-belt

240J4 Micro-V Belt:  https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00CJK...UTF8&psc=1

Replacement Eye Bolts (Home Depot):

The longer eye bolts made the job much easier. You will have to probably adjust the nut quite a bit to avoid any slippage of the belt:

Here's another topic on the VirZoom Steam forum discussing other replacement parts you may need such as crank arms and pedals. Also a user needed a replacement pulley wheel (which I'm unable to find a source for), but he was riding 60-70 minutes a day at over 100 RPM:
