Had the same problem on Jan 15 but new update solved it for 1 day.

I now have the thumbnails and the ride has taken the place of the blue screen. FYI

This should be resolved as of 2:15 EST today. Small bug on our end that cropped up for a few hours. If you can give it another shot and let me know us know if your still having issues.
