On my Mt. Fuji ride, I noticed quite a few Streetview images that hadn't properly blurred the faces. Not sure what your current arrangement with google is, but there could be an interest side-business of gamifying the labeling of auto-blur failures for people, license plates, etc

I don't think they have a bounty program, but that would be a nice benefit
