Monoscopic vs Stereoscopic

Is it ok to use Stereoscopic on the Oculus Go?  I noticed a warning that it may overheat.  I am a new user but does Stereoscopic seem more clear when riding??

Monoscopic is the default on the Go because stereo drains the battery a bit faster, which can affect framerate after a while, and possibly overheat if not well ventilated or kept plugged in. Overheating is not harmful, the Go will just shut down and need to cool off. It may work perfectly fine for you, try it and see what kind of mileage you get!
