I’d love to see a horse racing game. It would be good for short intense workout outs 2-3 (depending on difficulty) minutes each race. How about regular and steeplechase.
Instead of “waves” like Jail bandits they would be individual horse races instead. You would Press “A” to jump a hurdle.
This would be a great way to compete against others in online play.

Agree hurdling would be a good timing/speed interaction, and make competition more interesting than just pedaling speed.
