help with vrzoom explorer own map

Im sure there is a simple explanation
I make a ride on my macintosh on my maps
Follow all the instructions and save a .kml onto my desktop
when i try to upload on my Virzoom account I get this message


no such child: {http://www.opengis.net/kml/2.2}LineString

what do I need to enter on location box
I would love to make some of my own rides

Make sure you are not saving the whole map when you export to KML - just the "directions" layer.

The layer you save should be called "Directions from somewhere to somewhere", not the untitled layer.

You have to choose the start and end points and then you can select them, and then click on the button that looks like little "arrows" to create directions from one place to the other.

Then you export and save the Directions layer.
