Hide HUD?
#1
Is there any way to hide the HUD (w/compass, mileage, time remaining, etc)? It blocks the view when I’m riding through the city and want to look up at the sights. Besides, wouldn’t it be more realistic if this stuff were integrated into something mounted on the virtual bike’s handlebars? Or... If that’s not practical, could we hide / unhide it with a button press or something?

We've got a task to make our HUD more customizable including its location, size, and show/hide.  A few people have mentioned so it's a moderately high priority.

Note we use the same HUD in Play and Explorer for consistency, and chose its default location to be out of the way of forward looking while keeping it visible without having to move your head up.  We have a "lower HUD" option for people on spin bikes that lean more forward, but don't put it down on the bike because in Play we try to show all game-specific state on the avatar.
