I received the belt that you recommended today, and I do believe it's the correct belt. But when I put it on, it was very loose and needed to be adjusted. There are 2 unusual shaped nuts and bolts, one on each side of the bike, which is used to move one of the wheels, thus tightening the belt in the process. Unfortunately, both of my nut/bolt sets are stripped and I'm unable to tighten anything. I've posted a picture below of the bolts. I need to find replacements but have no idea what these are called. I can find the nuts at Home Depot I'm sure, but the bolts I can't seem to find. I would actually prefer longer bolts, if such exist.
Does anyone know what these are called?

My original Virzoom bike is working well again. I ended up replacing both belts. For reference here are the parts I used:
230J Belt:  https://thefitdesk.com/collections/replacement-parts/products/230j-belt

240J4 Micro-V Belt:  https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00CJK39AC/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o04_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Replacement Eye Bolts (Home Depot):

The longer eye bolts made the job much easier. You will have to probably adjust the nut quite a bit to avoid any slippage of the belt:

Here's another topic on the VirZoom Steam forum discussing other replacement parts you may need such as crank arms and pedals. Also a user needed a replacement pulley wheel (which I'm unable to find a source for), but he was riding 60-70 minutes a day at over 100 RPM:
