I've been charged when I cancelled after 5 days, within the free trial period

Hi, we're sorry that this happened. We issued a full refund for the payment. May I ask when and how you cancelled previously? I only see a record of you cancelling today? Did you do something differently prior to today or exactly the same thing? We certainly want to make sure that there are no bugs with cancellation.
