VZ Sensor error "Gatt server disconnected" - Churechawa - 03-02-2021

Hi,
could you please do a quick look into and repair some bug error, which caused, that I cannot use the VZ Fit with sensor? On start screen it show error message "Gatt server disconnected"? P.S. The sensor is full ok and it has fresh battery.

If you have an issue, it is best to submit a request to support@virzoom.com. They do monitor the forums but not constantly.

Thanks. I wrote them. It is strange, because they were there very active in forum supporting before a few months, but now, there is no support from them. I hope, that they have no serious issues .. Sad
