Oculus GO Screen Times Out - Loyalty - 03-06-2020

I'm not sure if I've missed a setting somewhere but these apps seem to not keep the screen alive.

What's more strange, I set the GO itself to not timeout for 4 hours...yet these apps still timeout if I don't press a button on the Dpad.

I'm using the go, and I have not personally experienced this problem.

Hey Loyalty,

This is not normal behavior for our Apps or the Go. Can you explain what happens when the screen times out? If possible to easily reproduce a video would be helpful for us to troubleshoot.

Thanks! It was the GO after-all...a factory reset solved it!
